| JD & Role Summary | Design, build, and maintain the core Python-based capabilities of the Enterprise TDM Accelerator. Develop reusable engines for masking, hashing, redaction, tokenisation, deterministic replacement, synthetic data generation, subsetting, and referential-integrity preservation. Create metadata-driven APIs, orchestration services, rule frameworks, and validation components that support repeatable, scalable, and compliant provisioning of test data across enterprise environments. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Develop reusable Python services for masking, hashing, redaction, tokenisation, and synthetic replacement. • Implement deterministic masking to produce consistent protected values across systems and refresh cycles. • Preserve primary-key, foreign-key, and cross-dataset referential integrity during transformation and subsetting. • Build metadata-driven rule engines, configuration models, reusable libraries, and REST APIs. • Develop orchestration, exception handling, retry, logging, and audit-evidence capabilities. • Integrate discovery classifications and privacy policies into executable treatment rules. • Optimize processing performance, scalability, memory use, and parallel execution for large datasets. • Create unit, component, and integration tests and support packaging, deployment, documentation, and handover. |
