We are seeking a skilled Sr. Technician, Facilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plant equipment and  critical systems such as  HVAC equipment across our facilities. This role requires a Wireman’s License A & B and a strong understanding of electrical safety standards and building maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, and repairs on Plant equipment and critical Systems .
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults and equipment issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of critical systems and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Assist in general facilities maintenance, including factory plant equipment and installations such as  HVAC, compressed air, water, lighting, and other building systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Ensure adherence to Energy objectives as a well as health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Wireman’s License A & B (issued in Malta).
• Knowledge of ELV installation systems, building automation and HVAC installations.
• Experience in industrial or commercial facilities.
• Proven experience in electrical work and facilities maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €24,000.00 annually, excluding allowances, overtime and bonuses.

Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
