About this role

We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner who knows the US tech ecosystem, understands AI and infrastructure, and can become one of Runware's key people on the ground as we expand in the US.

What you'll do

Build our US team

You'll own and support hiring across some of our most strategic US roles, particularly in:

  • AI / Machine Learning
  • Infrastructure & Compute
  • Software Engineering
  • Product
  • Leadership and other strategic hires

You'll work directly with founders and senior leaders to understand what we actually need rather than simply execute against a list of open positions.

Build a network, not just a pipeline

We don't want someone whose sourcing strategy starts and ends with LinkedIn Recruiter.

We want you to:

  • Develop strong relationships within the US AI and technology ecosystem
  • Build long-term networks of engineers, founders, operators and technical leaders
  • Attend and help identify relevant meetups, conferences and industry events
  • Create relationships with people who may not be actively looking for their next role
  • Help make Runware better known within the US AI community
  • Identify creative ways to reach exceptional people

San Francisco / Bay Area experience and an existing network there would be a significant advantage.

Understand the technology

You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be genuinely comfortable in technical environments.

You should be interested in topics such as AI inference, GPUs, distributed systems, ML infrastructure, data centers and the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

We expect our Talent team to understand what we're building and to be able to have credible conversations with highly technical candidates.

Help us build Runware in the US

We're establishing and growing Runware Inc., so your contribution won't necessarily stop at recruitment.

From time to time, you may help with topics such as:

  • US employment practices and market expectations
  • Employment contracts and onboarding
  • Benefits and People processes
  • Local vendors and partners
  • Employee experience for our US team
  • Identifying when we need external HR, legal or specialist support

You won't be expected to be an employment lawyer or HR specialist. What matters is being curious, pragmatic and willing to take ownership when something needs to be figured out.

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search or a similar role
  • Strong experience recruiting technical profiles in the US
  • Good understanding of the US technology ecosystem
  • Experience recruiting within AI, ML, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools or another highly technical environment
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders and founders
  • A strong network — or clear evidence that you know how to build one
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where roles and priorities evolve quickly
  • Able to work autonomously and make decisions without waiting for multiple layers of validation
  • Interested in broader People and company-building topics beyond recruitment
  • Strong ownership mentality: when you see something that needs doing, you help make it happen

Nice to have

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Existing network within the AI / ML ecosystem
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup
  • Experience helping a European or international company establish or scale its US presence
  • Exposure to US People Ops, employment or benefits topics
  • Experience recruiting Staff+, Principal, leadership or highly specialized technical profiles

We have core hours for cooperative working and calls, but outside of that your calendar is yours. Work the hours that let you perform at your peak while also building a healthy life.

Our release cycles are fast and intense, but they’re followed by real downtime. After big pushes we expect the team to unplug, recharge, and come back ready & stronger than ever for the next leap.

  • Generous paid time off – vacation, sick days, public holidays
  • Meaningful stock options – share in the upside you create
  • Remote-first setup – work from home anywhere we can employ you
  • Flexible hours – own your schedule outside core collaboration blocks
  • Family leave – paid maternity, paternity, and caregiver time
