We’re an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Creating and collaborating to transform the sound of streaming, content, and culture. Come join us, and let the world feel your work.

As a Senior Talent Partner in the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in partnering with assigned departments to orchestrate their talent strategy through AI and business intelligence. Your role will be to close talent gaps and drive high performance through strategic hiring and internal mobility, in line with company goals.

You will partner with department leadership on the talent strategy behind their goals and own the sourcing, interviewing, and reporting standards behind every role you hire for. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director, joining a team that collaborates to design hiring systems the way engineers do - data-driven and skills-first - and that automates the noise. Interviewing and hiring decisions stay human, and AI takes care of the admin around them so the candidate experience gets the time it deserves.

Your key responsibilities include

  • Partnering with your departments as their single point of contact, building the functional depth to challenge, shape and inform hiring decisions rather than simply execute them.

  • Owning end-to-end recruitment and internal moves across departments, from kick-off through offer to signed contract.

  • Designing sourcing strategies and co-leading talent mapping and skill gap analysis with stakeholders and People and Culture, using market data to decide when a gap closes through hiring, internal mobility or development.

  • Coaching hiring managers and interviewers throughout the process, keeping assessment structured, consistent and bias-aware across every hire.

  • Acting as an ambassador for Epidemic Sound, owning the candidate experience end to end and feeding market insight back to sharpen how Epidemic Sound is seen as an employer.

  • Operating with an AI-first mindset, using AI tools like Claude to automate hiring workflows and build live dashboards, keeping a human in the loop on every decision that affects a candidate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with full ownership of end-to-end hiring across multiple functions in a scaling tech environment.

  • Experience translating department strategy into hiring plans, and a clear grasp of the commercial impact of placing the right person in the right role.

  • Experience in structured interview design, including training hiring managers and interviewers to evaluate talent objectively so the bar holds across every hire.

  • Proficiency in using internal and external data to make fact-based decisions, building the reporting yourself and leading strategic discussions with stakeholders at every level.

  • Demonstrated experience working within an AI-native or AI-forward environment, with concrete examples of workflows or agents you have built, and the judgement to delegate to AI agents while staying fully accountable for the result.

  • The ability to build trust quickly across a business, and a habit of sharing knowledge with your colleagues.

  • Fluency in English.

  • It would also be music to our ears if you have experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS and AI sourcing tools.
