Senior Talent Acquisition

As a Senior Talent Acquisition at Ajaib, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent across our global organization, with opportunities to hire across Technology, Product, and Non-Technology functions.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle for your assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, identify and engage exceptional candidates, and successfully close hires across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, seniority, competencies, and hiring priorities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines across global talent markets.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment while ensuring a strong bar for quality.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate closely with interviewers and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and structured interview process.
• Drive offer management, negotiation, and closing for successful candidates.
• Provide hiring managers with relevant talent market insights, including candidate availability, compensation expectations, and market trends.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure a healthy hiring pipeline.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where relevant.
• Share market insights and best practices with the broader Talent Acquisition team.

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring across Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology roles.
• Experience with international or global recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including experience engaging passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently.
• Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable working with recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate effectively across different cultures, time zones, and talent markets.
