🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring optimal financial performance.
• Manage multiple survey crews to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to surveying office personnel to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities while nurturing valuable client partnerships.
• Support business planning, marketing efforts, and strategic initiatives.
• Promote and uphold a culture of ethics, teamwork, and safety.

🔑 What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of diverse land surveying expertise, including Boundary, ALTA, Construction Layout, and Topographic projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Licensing: A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
• Track Record: Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
• Driver’s License: A valid North Carolina driver’s license.
