About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for one of our global client programs in the direct-to-consumer skincare space.

You’ll manage the daily flow of orders, shipments, purchase orders, and reporting, working across NetSuite, Amazon, QVC, suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage QVC and Amazon orders, shipments, routing, delivery appointments, and tracking.
  • Create and process sales orders, work orders, transfer orders, and purchase orders.
  • Manage supplier follow-ups, PO receiving, and billing.
  • Maintain accurate records and resolve NetSuite and Celigo integration issues.
  • Prepare daily sales and shipping reports covering open, back, hold, and shipped orders.
  • Support promotional tracking and MPS (Master Production Schedule) updates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, order management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite — essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Direct experience working with QVC or a comparable TV/home-shopping retail account, including routing and delivery appointment requirements is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
  • Familiarity with Celigo.
  • Experience booking freight through 3PL or brokerage platforms.
  • Background in beauty, skincare, CPG, or another consumer goods category.
  • Experience coordinating directly with 3PL warehouse teams.

  • Purchase orders managed accurately and promptly.
  • Issues identified and resolved before impacting operations.
  • Accurate, up-to-date NetSuite records.
