Senior Specialist - Quality Engineering
About this role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java
Design and execute automated functional regression smoke and integration test suites
Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and create effective test strategies
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman Rest Assured or SOAP UI
Work with AWShosted applications and validate cloudbased deployments
Integrate automated test suites into CICD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar tools
Analyze test results identify defects and work with development teams for resolution
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives
Create and maintain test documentation test cases and automation scripts
Required Skills
5 years of experience in QA Automation Testing
Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver
Strong programming skills in Java
Experience with TestNG or JUnit
Experience with MavenGradle build tools
Strong knowledge of API Testing using Rest Assured Postman or SOAP UI
Experience with GitHub for source code management
Experience working in an AgileScrum environment
Good understanding of SQL and database testing
AWS Requirements
Experience validating cloudnative applications hosted on AWS
Understanding of AWS deployment processes and monitoring tools
Ability to troubleshoot application and test execution issues in AWS environments
