Senior Specialist, Ecommerce

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Ecommerce Senior Specialist for Arc’teryx Korea,you will be responsible for translating our ecommerce operations strategy and other ecommerce goals into action to meet our ecommerce growth expectations. You will lead and execute multiple projects to build sustainable, best-in-class ecommerce operations that are consistent with Arc’teryx values and deliver an ecommerce experience that is congruent with Arc’teryx premium branding. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to improve our ecommerce fulfillment processes, carrier services, unboxing experience, returns, and other operational processes that will enhance the overall guest experience and operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in ensuring Korea business requirements are effectively reflected in regional and global operating models, systems, and transformation initiatives.
