Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in PySpark SQL and Power BI to analyze largescale datasets develop interactive dashboards and generate actionable business insights The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data transformation data modeling reporting and visualization using modern cloud and big data technologies
Key Responsibilities
Extract transform and analyze large datasets using PySpark and SQL
Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Create optimized data models measures and KPIs using DAX
Perform data cleansing validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Develop ETLdata preparation workflows using PySpark
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Monitor report performance and implement optimization techniques
Conduct adhoc analysis and provide recommendations based on data trends
Support data governance security and documentation activities
Required Skills
Strong handson experience in PySpark and Spark SQL
Advanced proficiency in Power BI Dashboards Reports DAX Power Query
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience with data modeling techniques Star Schema Snowflake Schema
Knowledge of Azure Databricks or other Spark platforms
Experience working with largescale structured and unstructured datasets
Strong analytical problemsolving and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure Data Factory ADF
Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
Experience with Azure Data Lake Synapse Analytics or Snowflake
Understanding of AgileScrum methodologies
