Job requirements

    Core SSE developer, Apex, LWC and Integration Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Develop custom Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages.
  • Configure and customize Service Cloud features including: Case Management Omni-Channel Knowledge Management Entitlements & Milestones Email-to-Case Web-to-Case Queues and Assignment Rules Service Console
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), Approvals, and Validation Rules.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
  • Support production deployments and resolve application issues.
  • Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners for successful project delivery.
  • Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
    • Required Skills
  • Salesforce Development Strong hands-on experience in: Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows
  • Service Cloud Expertise Case Management Omni-Channel Routing Service Console Knowledge Base Entitlements & SLAs Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case CTI Integration (preferred)
  • Integration REST APIs SOAP APIs Platform Events Named Credentials Middleware integration experience (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) preferred
  • DevOps & Tools Git/GitHub/Bitbucket Salesforce DX (SFDX) CI/CD pipelines Copado / Gearset / Azure DevOps (preferred)
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce App Builder
