Sr. Software Engineer (TypeScript | React | AWS | AI) Cubao (3x/wk Hybrid)
About this role
Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript | React | AWS | AI)
Job Purpose
As a Senior Software Engineer at CI&T, you will combine hands-on full-stack development with day-to-day technical coordination within a cross-functional project team.
Alongside designing, building and testing software, you will act as a technical focal point for developers and client stakeholders. You will help the team align on implementation approaches, clarify requirements, coordinate dependencies and maintain clear visibility of progress, risks and blockers.
You will work closely with the System Architect to ensure implementation aligns with the project’s technical direction, bringing questions, recommendations and trade-offs forward when decisions are needed.
You will also help define and implement agentic AI solutions and engineering workflows. This requires practical experience building and integrating AI agents, evaluating their behaviour and applying them effectively to real project needs.
This position requires initiative, excellent communication and experience guiding others through technical delivery. It is a hands-on senior role without formal people management responsibilities.
