Experience Required: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end feature development, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Logical abilities

• Independently deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Maintain and enhance existing product releases, ensuring stability and performance.

• Drive technical excellence through adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and framework-level thinking to support scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.

• Ensure non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, scalability, and security are considered during development.

Required Technical Skills:

• Full stack developer

• Backend Development: Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, and RESTful API development.

• Frontend Development: Proficient in Angular v10+, with strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Database: Good understanding of any Structured Query Language and relational database concepts.

• Software Design: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, knowledge of micro services and software architecture.

• Testing: Experience with any unit testing frameworks.

• DevOps & Containers: Preferred to have working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.

• Code Quality: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code from the outset.

• Preferred Attributes:

  • Exposure to Code generation using AI enabled tools like Github Co-pilot will be added advantage

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

  • Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

  • Passion for modern tools, technologies, and engineering excellence.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.

  • Exposure to CI/CD practices.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and quality.

• Domain Advantage:

  • Experience in the Healthcare domain will be considered a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of OpenEhr, HL7/FHIR
