Senior Software Engineer - Kraken Distribution

Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future. Our team   Our technology is built and maintained by a multi-discipline engineering team of around 800 people. This collaborative environment includes server-side, client-side, and mobile engineers working closely with UX experts, copywriters, and designers.   We utilize tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Docs and Asana for communication, work specification and management. Our development pipeline emphasizes continuous delivery and immutable infrastructure, leveraging Github, CircleCI, and Terraform Enterprise. To ensure performance and stability in production, we use Loggly, Sentry, and DataDog for monitoring and measurement.   Kraken is committed to fostering growth and provides an excellent environment to learn and work alongside talented engineers, offering significant opportunities to level up your skills. We also believe in transparency, and some of our coding conventions are open-source.   Our technology   On the server-side, we mainly use Python. Most of our websites are powered by Django, Django-REST-framework and GraphQL (Graphene). We use Kubernetes & AWS heavily, employing Github, CircleCI, ArgoCD & Spacelift as part of a continuous deployment pipeline.      What you'll do...   This is a unique chance for software engineers to shape the technical direction of a critical new product group within Kraken.
