| Job Purpose | This role exists to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies, enabling the company to deliver reliable and high-performance financial solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Major Activities carried out by the role 1. Major Activity 1 • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior team members and follow coding standards and best practices. • Use Git and Azure DevOps pipelines for source control, build management, and deployment activities 2. Major Activity 2 • Participate in peer code reviews and learn from feedback shared by senior developers and team leads. • Support application performance improvement activities through efficient coding and optimization techniques. 3. Major Activity 3 • •Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies. • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of development activities. • Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices to enhance technical skills and contribute effectively to the team. |
| Key Decisions / Dimensions | • Making decisions on validation logic, input sanitization, and security practices to prevent vulnerabilities. • Implementing effective error-handling mechanisms and deciding on logging strategies for easier debugging and monitoring. • Identifying bottlenecks and applying caching, asynchronous processing, or query optimization to enhance performance. |

| Required Qualifications and Experience | a) Qualifications b) Should have strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Programming, Analysis and Design Concepts. c) Should have extensive experience in product/application development using Microsoft stack. d) Should have experience in developing applications using design principle/patterns and architecture design patterns like MVC and MVVM. e) Should have knowledge in asynchronous programming practices using .Net Task Parallel concepts. f) Should have experience in writing data access code using Microsoft Entity Framework. g) Preference Experience in Financial Domain. h) Work Experience Experience should be between 2 to 3 years i) Skills Keywords Must-Have Skills: (2 yrs hands-on exp) a) .NET Core b) Angular c) WebAPI d) Microservices e) Strong OOPs concepts and architectural design knowledge f) Experience with Entity Framework Good-to-Have Skills: a) jQuery b) Microsoft Azure Preferred Domain Experience: a) Financial Services / Banking / Broking |
