Summary

We are hiring three Sr Software Engineers who love to code and want to build amazing products for a global market.  Candidates with .NET Core, C#, AWS & AI experience will be highly considered. 

Location

This role will be based in our Woburn, MA office, located at 130 New Boston Street. This role offers in person collaboration and flexibility to work from home.

What Part You Will Play in Our Growth

• Design and develop state of the art, modern, high performing, scalable web applications.
• Review of feature documentation and assisting the team in breaking down all features into stories for the team backlog.
• Analyze business problems, design solutions, and develop modern web applications, web APIs, database schema, follow best coding practices like code review, unit tests etc.
• Ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements of existing systems and platforms.
• Creation and maintenance of technical specifications.
• Active participation in the implementation, operation and troubleshooting of new cloud-based and cloud-hosted services.
• Active participation in building and improving our continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD).
• Participation in the continuous improvement of our Agile and DevOps culture and engineering best practices.
• Monitoring system performance and creation of highly scalable and operable systems.
• Independent and joint development of solutions for complex problems.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field is required. Master's degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ overall experience as a full stack engineer in the field of software engineering required.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance backend systems using Microsoft Tech Stack .NET and C#.
• Frontend framework experience such as Angular required.
• Develop robust APIs and microservices that integrate with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using AWS services. Relevant certificates are added plus.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript & Typescript.
• Experience with Microsoft GitHub Copilot preferred.
• Collaborative working habits that accelerate the team.
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written) is required. Practical experience in the application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Responsible, independent, and solution-oriented working style that is based on an overall understanding of the respective problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing enterprise scale, multi-user applications.
• Solid understanding of designing and optimizing Web APIs for large scale usage.
• Experience in .NET web-based applications and backend services development.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Compensation

Our salary range for this role is $115,000 – 130,000 USD and is commensurate with experience, skills and location.
