Senior Software Engineer

About the Job

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows using Java, Python, and microservices architecture.
  

• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs, including EVO, Omnichannel, and lead assignment rules.
  

• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, and webhook-based lead routing.
  

• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
  

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
  

• Strong proficiency in Java or Python (required).
  

• Experience with REST API integration and webhook development.
  

• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
  

• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
  

• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
  

• Ability to work during US Central time (CDT/CST) core hours (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT).
  

• Experience with Salesforce Apex.
  

• Experience with Calendly API.
  

• Experience building AI-assisted sales tooling.
  

• Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar standards.
