Key Responsibilities
Prism Analytics Development
- Design and develop Workday Prism Analytics solutions.
- Create and maintain data pipelines, datasets, and transformations.
- Ingest data from external systems and integrate with Workday data sources.
- Develop reusable Prism tables, datasets, and data models.
- Monitor and optimize Prism data loads and performance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create advanced Workday Reports, Composite Reports, and Matrix Reports.
- Develop Discovery Boards and dashboards for executive reporting.
- Deliver workforce, finance, operational, and compliance analytics.
- Translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
Data Integration
- Work with EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Design data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Business leaders.
- Conduct workshops and gather reporting requirements.
- Provide recommendations on analytics strategy and best practices.
- Support production issues and enhancement requests.
Security & Governance
- Configure and maintain Prism security domains.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance standards.
- Implement role-based access controls and data security policies.

- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security framework.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Prism Analytics Certification.
- Workday HCM Certification.
- Workday Reporting Certification.
- Experience with Workday Extend.
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Databricks, or enterprise data warehouses.
- Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.
