Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer (.NET), focusing on the development and maintenance of scalable software applications. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant professional experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript and/or Angular, and SQL, with SQL Server preferred. This role involves close collaboration with global teams to meet complex product requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. The role is designed for an engineer who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, apply strong engineering practices, and use AI-native software development tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work as a core member of a global team that drives the appropriate use and implementation of technology to deliver world-class solutions that delight our customers.
• Work in Agile teams following Agile and SAFe methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time, with performance, scalability, security, and localization requirements in mind.
• Build, test, and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges, while diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Implement and promote software development best practices, including clean code, reusable design, automated testing, code reviews, and secure development practices.
• Work in a self-directed manner on research and development initiatives, making sound technical decisions and contributing to real product innovation.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring high-quality, efficient, reliable, and maintainable software.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as LLMs, GitHub Copilot/Codex, ChatGPT, and Claude responsibly for coding support, debugging, test generation, documentation, refactoring, and productivity improvement.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs through engineering judgment, testing, code review, security checks, and adherence to company development standards.
• Document development processes, changes, decisions, and implementation strategies clearly.
• Participate actively in continuous learning to adopt new technologies, modern engineering practices, and AI-native software development approaches.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on skills in .NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript and/or Angular, and SQL; SQL Server experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience building modular and component-based front-end applications with a strong grasp of JavaScript and/or Angular.
• Ability to employ best practices for designing reusable code and optimizing UI features for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with AI-native software development practices, including practical use of LLMs and AI coding assistants such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively while maintaining ownership of code quality, correctness, maintainability, security, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Successful track record of delivering high-quality, thoroughly tested products on time.
• Able to adhere to technical standards and strongly influence peers within a development team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders and peers.
• Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking and working with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred.
