- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine processes, and deliver scalable CPQ enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CPQ configuration, pricing logic, and quoting workflows, minimizing system downtime
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and promoting best practices for CPQ development and deployment
- Monitor system performance, conduct code reviews, and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and maintainability
