Manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.
Ensure projects and change initiatives have clear governance, plans and reporting.
Work across enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite and other core business systems.
Coordinate delivery between technology teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
Support successful transition of projects and enhancements into BAU operations.
Track delivery performance, service KPIs, risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
Lead governance meetings, delivery reviews and stakeholder updates.
Support resource and capacity planning across multiple workstreams.
Drive continual improvement across service delivery processes and ways of working.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardisation and customer experience.
Support wider operational and strategic programmes, including business change and M&A activity where required.
