Base Salary: $70,000
to $99,300 annually DOE

Job Summary
The Senior Sales Operations
Analyst supports the Residential Sales organization by driving operational
excellence across performance reporting, incentive administration, and cross‑functional execution. This
role blends analytics, systems management, process improvement, and program
coordination to ensure accurate sales performance tracking, effective incentive
programs, and scalable operational workflows. The analyst serves as a key
partner to Sales Enablement, Finance, HR, Business Intelligence, and Sales
Leadership.

Sales Performance Analytics & Reporting
· Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly
sales performance reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, Smartsheets, and Excel,
including installs, fiber penetration, conversion, cancellations, slippage, and
churn trends.
· Conduct cohort, ramp, tenure, attrition, and
incentive effectiveness analyses to support leadership decision‑making.
Sales Incentives & Commissions Administration
· Administer and audit sales incentives,
commissions, SPIFFs, flash incentives, backend referrals, payroll exceptions,
and rewards programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
· Serve as subject matter (SME) expert and
operational partner for incentive and rewards platforms. (Salesforce SPIFF
tools, Buyapowa, Awardco, CDP, Smartsheets).
Sales Operations Execution & Process Management
· Manage core residential sales operational
workflows, including quota tracking and edits, sales processing, ramp
processing, order integrity, and account uploads.
· Perform auditing, QA reviews, and
troubleshooting related to commissions, ECP documentation, disciplinary
tracking, job requisitions, and sales order integrity.
Operational Governance, Systems & Cross-Functional Support
· Maintain and govern standard operating
procedures (SOPs), policies, documentation libraries, and change‑impact
assessments.
· Maintain and administer operational tools and
systems, including Smartsheets, SharePoint, Power BI dashboards, and access
management.
· Provide operational and analytical support to
Sales Enablement, Finance, HR, Business Intelligence, and CX leadership
partners.
· Support leadership meetings, all‑hands sessions,
advisory boards, sales events, and operating rhythms through reporting,
presentation development, logistics, and follow‑up actions.
· Support permit research, ordinance gathering,
documentation, and compliance activities as required.
Other Duties
· Performs
other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a
related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales operations, business
operations, analytics, or a related role.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and
dashboard tools such as Power BI.
· Experience working with CRM and incentive compensation systems (e.g.,
Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience supporting residential or frontline sales organizations.
· Knowledge of incentive compensation design, commissions auditing, and
SOX‑lite controls.
· Familiarity with Buyapowa, Awardco, CDP, or similar rewards platforms.
· Experience working in a high-growth,
performance-driven sales environment.
· Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with senior
leadership.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office setting with
exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer,
keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a
modern office setting.
