Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven and inspirational Sales Manager to lead our Oil & Gas sales activities in Norway. This is a key leadership role responsible for defining and executing the Norway sales strategy, delivering sustainable growth, and strengthening Rotork's position across the Norwegian energy market.

As a member of the Rotork Norway Management Team, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, build strategic relationships across operators, EPCs, contractors and key stakeholders, and ensure delivery of annual orders, revenue and profitability objectives. You will champion Rotork's Values, DNA and customer-centric culture while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales, orders, and growth targets across the Norway Oil & Gas market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with sector and regional objectives.
• Drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity conversion.
• Build and strengthen relationships with operators, EPCs, contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Support new product launches and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Collaborate with Service, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to maximise customer value.
• Promote Rotork's full portfolio of products, services, and solutions.

Qualifications

Essential

• Proven sales experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, or Process sectors.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing sales strategies and managing customer accounts.
• Commercial awareness with strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

• Knowledge of the Norwegian offshore and energy markets.
• Experience within the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).
• Understanding of Rotork products or similar industrial technologies.
• Norwegian language skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation.
