What You Can Expect:
- Liderar el desarrollo de negocios en uno de los mercados más dinámicos de la logística internacional, con un fuerte enfoque en cargas marítimas FCL y crecimiento del volumen de negocio.
- Prospectar nuevos clientes, desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo y generar oportunidades rentables en importaciones y exportaciones.
- Negociar soluciones logísticas competitivas junto a los equipos de Pricing, Operaciones y Customer Service para ofrecer propuestas de alto valor.
- Formar parte de un equipo colaborativo, con autonomía para impulsar el crecimiento comercial y contribuir al posicionamiento de Rhenus en el mercado.
What You Bring:
- Profesional en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Transporte o carreras afines.
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia comercial en freight forwarding, desarrollando negocios B2B y gestionando cartera de clientes.
- Experiencia comprobada en transporte marítimo FCL, con énfasis en importaciones desde Asia y desarrollo de negocios basados en volumen.
- Capacidad para identificar oportunidades comerciales, negociar tarifas competitivas y generar crecimiento rentable mediante captación de nuevos clientes.
- Conocimiento del mercado logístico internacional, rutas Asia–Latinoamérica, navieras, agentes internacionales y negociación de fletes.
- Mentalidad comercial, orientación a resultados y pasión por superar objetivos de ventas.
- Inglés B2 será considerado un plus.
