Context

The Senior Revit Modeller understands the project requirements and prepare Architectural and Structural detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Missions/Main Duties

• Understands the project requirements and prepare Architectural and Structural detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.• Reviews own drawings and ensures that the drawing package is as per project requirement (CAD Management Plan and/or BIM Management Plan) before submitting to Checker/ Lead – CAD/ Revit for further review.• Supervise and support an assigned team of REVIT Drafters.• Responsible for the drafting support of his team, including activity planning and the review of drawings ensuring deliverables are as per applicable standards, codes, specifications, etc.,•Coordinating the work of his team with Revit Team Lead

Profile/Skills

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

Architectural or Engineering Degree/Diploma or accredited certificate of drafting course.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

•Efficient in REVIT. Advanced computer and software skills in preparing Architectural and Structural Detailed Design drawings (AutoCAD and Revit software or equivalent)• Ability to manage a team of drafters/modelers• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.• Analytical and problem solving skills• International exposure is an advantage.
