The Playbook (Your Senior Retention Closer Responsibilities)

• The Re-Close: Masterfully navigate cancellation requests by conducting deep-dive discovery calls to identify pain points and pivot back to the value proposition.
• Strategy Execution: Design and execute custom retention strategies tailored to high-value contracts to minimize churn.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle escalated complaints with a calm, persuasive, and professional demeanor.
• Revenue Management: Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring every at-risk account is tracked, followed up with, and documented with surgical precision.
• Brand Authority: Secure 5-star reviews on Google and BBB from saved customers, turning a negative experience into a marketing win.
• Product Expertise: Educate customers on warranties, financial incentives, and service tiers to reinforce trust and stickiness.

The Profile (Who You Are as a Senior Retention Closer)

• The Closer: You have at least 3–5 years of high-ticket sales experience. You are comfortable discussing five- and six-figure contracts.
• The Negotiator: You view "I want to cancel" as an objection to be overcome, not an order to be processed.
• The Strategist: You don't just follow a script; you analyze data and customer behavior to find the winning angle.
• The Professional: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a thick skin for handling tough conversations.
