About this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for Field Service Technicians, Service Engineers, Supervisors, and related Services positions across four LATAM countries
  • Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards (OCC, elempleo, Bumeran, Computrabajo), and employee referrals
  • Execute country-specific hire processes and pre-employment compliance in partnership with regional HRBPs
  • Manage 20+ concurrent requisitions across multiple countries and role types
  • Maintain accurate, real-time data in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Manage offer processes via PandaDoc including country-specific templates and approvals
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and recruiting leadership

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in Services or technical environments
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Experience recruiting across multiple LATAM countries
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across time zones
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for Field Service, HVAC, Electrical, or Critical Infrastructure roles
  • Familiarity with PandaDoc or similar e-signature platforms
  • Portuguese language skills (a plus)

Work Environment

  • Hybrid role based in Mexico (Mexico City or Monterrey)
  • 10–15% travel across Americas region
  • Cross-time-zone collaboration required
