Senior Recruiter

Job Purpose

As a Senior Recruiter at VulcanForms Inc., you will play a critical role in launching and scaling a high-priority, advanced technology program. Serving as a trusted talent advisor to our C-Suite and Executive business partners, you will own full lifecycle recruiting across multiple functions for this major strategic initiative.

Because this is a rapid-growth program, we are looking for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment—embracing ambiguity, moving at a fast pace, and quickly adapting to shifting priorities. We are seeking an intellectually curious, fast-learning recruiter with sharp critical thinking skills who can navigate changes effortlessly while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This position offers 100% remote flexibility for non-local candidates. Candidates based near our Devens, MA facility are highly encouraged to apply, as the ability to occasionally meet with hiring managers in person is a great plus for building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end recruiting strategy to rapidly scale a high-priority initiative, hiring across advanced engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles.
• Navigate a fluid, fast-paced launch environment with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortably managing changing priorities and requirements.
• Act as a sourcing champion, utilizing advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques and competitive mapping to hunt, engage, and pitch passive engineering talent on the VulcanForms opportunity.
• Establish deep trust and collaboration with the program’s executive leaders, acting as their strategic partner for headcount planning, market reality checks, and interview calibration.
• Partner closely with HR, Legal, and Finance to navigate competitive talent pools and build well-aligned, attractive offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring senior-level manufacturing, hardware, or highly technical roles (prior startup or high-growth environment experience is a major plus).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a dynamic requisition load, and pivot recruiting strategies on a dime.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and a proven ability to creatively pitch and close passive candidates who aren't actively looking to move.
• An incredibly fast learner who can quickly grasp complex technical requirements and proactively problem-solve with minimal guidance.
• Open to 100% remote candidates with the ability to flexibly work with the Eastern Time zone (EST). Proximity to our Devens, MA location is a strong plus for occasional in-person collaboration.

VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match. 

The annual base salary range for this position is $93,200 to $128,200.
