About this role
We are currently looking for an independent and proactive Senior recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including hiring for fast-growing industries such as IT, Π‘rypto, Web3, and tech.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess both soft and hard skills.
- Guide candidates through the entire hiring process β from the first contact to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, digital, or startup environments.
- Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work with international candidates and clients.
- Experience in recruitment agencies will be a plus.
- Office-based work in Tashkent;
