As a global leader in our industry, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects across Canberra and Regional NSW.

Reporting into the Branch Manager you will act as the key escalation point for customers, site teams and subcontractors. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy project leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, contracts and project outcomes.

What will you be doing?

  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all workplace safety requirements.

  • Lead the delivery of 5-10 concurrent projects across Canberra and Regional NSW.

  • Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

  • Manage subcontractor performance and resolve complex site issues

  • Support site managers and provide leadership during project escalations

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery function.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years experience in delivering construction projects

  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Lift industry experience desired

  • Experience managing multiple projects at any one time

  • Experience delivering at least $10m worth of work

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.

  • Experience managing subcontractors and working within unionised environments.
