  • Identify, document, escalate, and manage project risks and issues through resolution.

  • Maintain project risk, issue, action, and decision logs.

  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts and drive creative solutions to project challenges.

  • Manage third-party vendors, procurement activities, proposals, and requests for proposals associated with assigned projects.

  • Develop and execute effective organizational and technical change-management plans.

  • Lead project-status meetings with business, IT, technical, and executive stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver clear project-status reports, financial updates, risk assessments, and executive presentations.

  • Track, manage, and forecast project financials to ensure costs are properly controlled and reported.

  • Capture lessons learned and maintain project documentation for use on future enterprise initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO standards, processes, procedures, templates, and tools.

  • Promote consistent adoption of established project-management methodologies across project teams.

  • Lead through influence and establish accountability among team members who may not report directly to the position.

  • Full software development lifecycle experience, including the successful delivery of multiple end-to-end technology projects.
