  • Matrix-manage cross-functional internal and client teams, setting priorities, forecasting milestones, and holding teams accountable for commitments

  • Identify and manage cross-program, technical environments, and third-party vendor dependencies that impact delivery timelines and risk; coordinate sequencing to minimize conflicts and delays

  • Communicate project status, key decisions, priorities, and escalations to stakeholders; create and present project artifacts including status reports, risk assessments, and decision frameworks; manage expectations internally and externally

  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across assigned projects

  • Establish and monitor quality standards and acceptance criteria for all deliverables; conduct reviews to ensure solutions meet client requirements before production deployment

  • Lead client readiness, training, cutover planning, and transition to production, ensuring operational stability and successful adoption.

  • Own project financials, burn-down tracking, and change control aligned with client statements of work

  • Contribute to PMO initiatives, standards, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen delivery consistency and maturity across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-year technology implementations; experience in the implementation of a financial system within a bank, insurance company, or Asset Manager is highly valued.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with proven ability to manage expectations, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, and navigate challenging situations

  • Proven track record in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning; experience maintaining RAID logs and driving proactive issue resolution

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and influencing global, cross-functional teams to deliver results

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive consensus in client-facing roles across complex, matrixed environments

  • Ability to adapt project frameworks and methodologies to unique client circumstances and business requirements while maintaining governance discipline

  • Experience managing vendor relationships, third-party dependencies, and contract deliverables; comfortable working with statements of work and change orders

  • Hands-on experience with PM and collaboration tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira, and program dashboards

  • Experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and change control processes; ability to track burn rates and maintain financial accountability aligned with client contracts
