About this role

Job Summary

seeking an experienced OpenText Documentum Lead to oversee the design, development, administration, support, and modernization of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions based on the OpenText Documentum platform. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, manage Documentum implementations and migrations, ensure platform stability, and drive digital content transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role requires strong expertise in Documentum Content Server, D2, xCP, Records Management, integrations, cloud migration, and enterprise content governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of OpenText Documentum-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Documentum architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Design and develop Documentum applications using DFC, D2, xCP, REST Services, DFS, TBOs/SBOs, and workflow technologies.
  • Manage Documentum platform administration activities, including Content Server, xPlore, D2, CTS, and application integrations.
  • Lead document migration, repository consolidation, upgrade, and modernization initiatives across Documentum environments.
  • Design and optimize metadata models, document lifecycles, workflows, security models, retention policies, and content governance frameworks.
  • Integrate Documentum with enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, AI platforms, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems using APIs and microservices.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues related to performance, search, indexing, security, workflows, and content lifecycle management.
