Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Delivery Program Manager to lead largescale application development programs, manage global delivery teams, and drive 
successful outcomes for complex technology engagements. The ideal candidate should 
combine strong engineering foundations with proven delivery leadership and 
stakeholder management capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development programs, ensuring 
quality, timelines, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage delivery across multiple teams and workstreams using Agile/Scrum 
methodologies.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor global delivery teams of 100+ professionals across multiple 
geographies.
• Drive planning, execution, resource management, and team performance.
Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and executive 
stakeholders.
• Provide proactive communication on delivery progress, risks, issues, and 
mitigation plans.
Engineering & Technology Leadership
• Leverage strong software engineering experience to drive technical discussions 
and delivery excellence.
• Promote modern engineering practices including DevOps, SRE, automation, and 
quality-driven development.
Business Growth & Presales
Classification: Internal
• Partner with account leadership to identify growth opportunities and support 
account expansion initiatives.
• Contribute to RFPs, solutioning, estimations, delivery approach definition, and 
staffing strategies.
AI & Innovation
• Understand emerging AI capabilities and their application across the Software 
Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and practices to improve delivery efficiency 
and engineering productivity.
Commercial & Governance
• Manage programs with annual revenues of approximately USD 4–5M.
• Experience working across T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement 
models.

Skill Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on software 
development experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale development programs and global 
teams of 100+ members.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
• Good understanding of DevOps, SRE, cloud-based development, and modern 
engineering practices.
• Experience managing program financials, delivery governance, and risk 
management.
• Collaborate with account leadership to identify growth opportunities, 
contribute to RFPs and solutioning efforts, including estimation, approach 
definition, and delivery strategy
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of delivery and engineering metrics and their use in driving 
program performance
