We drive key cross-functional initiatives and build the processes, data, and systems that let Product Management, User Experience, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and other functions operate as one motion — from roadmap planning through pricing, market launch, sales readiness and renewal. As Senior Product Operations Manager, you own the operational backbone of the product organization: the recurring business cadences that keep leadership aligned, the analytics that tell us whether the strategy is working, and the tooling that makes the whole team faster. You will run cross-functional programs, and new initiatives end to end, turn messy inputs into a clear single source of truth, and be trusted to represent the product organization in rooms with senior leaders. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role for someone who is equally comfortable designing a process, building a model, establishing stakeholder alignment, and driving a decision to close.
