● Own competitive intelligence for the assigned area, including regular updates based on field feedback.

● Provide input into pricing and packaging decisions for the assigned product area.

● Lead cross-functional product launches, coordinating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

● Build and deliver sales enablement content and training.

● Identify and build AI-assisted workflows or tools that improve team efficiency and output.

● Mentor junior product marketers and contribute to raising the team's overall craft.

Qualifications and Skills

● 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, with a track record of owning go-to-market strategy end-to-end.

• Experience owning both positioning/messaging and campaign/distribution work for the same product or business area.
• Experience marketing HRMS, payroll, HR tech, or a similar regulated B2B SaaS product, across India and at least one global market.
