About this role
Role Responsibilities
Drive remittances business growth and digital product adoption across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
Monitor and analyze the performance of key products, corridors, and digital channels to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
Develop and execute commercial initiatives aimed at increasing transaction volume, revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Design and implement acquisition, retention, and reactivation marketing campaigns across digital channels, CRM, and other customer touchpoints.
Ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives and business performance metrics.
Manage and optimize the adoption and usage of mobile applications, digital wallets, and other digital solutions while continuously improving customer experience.
Partner with regional and global teams to support product initiatives, new features, and digital growth opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, agents, and key stakeholders, overseeing marketing investments and joint growth plans.
Leverage customer, campaign, product, and channel data to generate insights, develop business cases, and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Role Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commercial Planning, Business Development, or related functions, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
Advanced English level is required.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience managing commercial KPIs, digital funnels, dashboards, and performance optimization initiatives.
Experience working with digital products, mobile applications, and fintech ecosystems, including digital banking, digital wallets, payments, e-commerce, or related industries.
Proven ability to lead regional projects and manage multiple stakeholders across cross-functional and multicultural environments.
Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach, demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence and execute high-impact initiatives.
Work Shift
Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
