About this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support NPI, product transfer, and mass-production ramp-up for optical transceiver products.
  • Drive yield, quality, reliability, and cost improvement through data analysis and structured problem solving.
  • Troubleshoot product, process, and test equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Support RMA/customer issues, product qualification, and technical customer discussions.
  • Develop and maintain BOMs, engineering documentation, test specifications, and ECOs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop product debug methods and support pilot production and qualification activities.
  • Apply statistical and quality tools to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, NPI, or manufacturing transfer.
  • Experience with optical transceivers, semiconductors, PCBA, or product testing is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in electrical schematic interpretation, troubleshooting, data analysis, and statistical analysis.
  • Good understanding of BOM, product testing, NPI, yield improvement, and quality methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
