Senior Product Designer

Your Next Challenge We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the discovery, definition, design, and validation of digital product solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Working as part of a Product Trio alongside Product Management and Engineering, you will own the journey from problem discovery through to solution definition and delivery readiness. This role combines User Experience Design, Content Design, Solution Design, Business Analysis, Product Discovery, User Research, and Product Ownership to create end-to-end solutions that are desirable, viable, feasible, and valuable. What You’ll Work On Lead product discovery from initial problem identification through to solution definition Define and validate clear problem statements based on customer and business needs Identify and articulate measurable customer and business outcomes Research user needs, behaviours, pain points, and opportunities Design future-state user journeys and end-to-end product experiences Translate discovery insights into prioritised functional requirements Develop visual representations of the intended user experience and proposed solutions Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering as part of the Product Trio Define delivery approaches and iteration plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams Validate proposed solutions with users and stakeholders Ensure solutions balance customer desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility Support teams in moving from discovery and design into delivery readiness Contribute to continuous product improvement through research, validation, and iteration What We’re Looking For 7–9 years of professional experience in Product Design or a closely related field Strong experience across the end-to-end product development lifecycle Proven experience in Product Discovery and User Research Strong understanding of User Experience and Solution Design Experience translating customer and business needs into clear functional requirements Experience designing user journeys and end-to-end digital experiences Strong Business Analysis and requirements definition capabilities Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams Ability to validate problems and solutions using research, data, and user feedback Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills Bonus Points Experience with Content Design Previous Product Ownership experience Experience working in Agile product development environments Experience with product strategy and outcome-driven delivery Experience with design systems and prototyping tools Experience working on complex digital products or large-scale transformation initiatives Why You’ll Stay A workplace that values innovation and personal growth Opportunities to work on high-impact projects for leading clients Flexible hours and hybrid work options Support for professional development, including training and certifications Health and life insurance 25 days of annual leave
