About this role
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
- Obtain and analyze quotations to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with procurement requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor procurement expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a structured corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
- Proven negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor evaluation skills.
- Experience with purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP or procurement systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively across departments.
