We are looking for a **Senior Performance Marketer** with strong hands-on experience in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, commercially driven, and capable of managing significant advertising budgets while focusing on measurable business outcomes such as **ROAS, Revenue, CPA, CAC, Leads, and Conversion Rate**.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible not only for strategy, but also for campaign execution, daily optimization, performance analysis, creative testing, and scaling.
- Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute performance marketing strategies based on each client's business objectives and KPIs.
* Manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads
- Other relevant acquisition channels when required.
* Manage and optimize significant monthly advertising budgets while maintaining efficiency and scalability.
* Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to improve **ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, and overall revenue**.
* Build campaign structures and bidding strategies appropriate for different objectives, budgets, and stages of growth.
* Scale successful campaigns while maintaining target profitability.
* Analyze the full marketing funnel rather than evaluating campaigns based only on platform-level metrics.
* Identify performance bottlenecks and determine whether issues originate from media buying, creatives, targeting, landing pages, offers, tracking, or the conversion funnel.
* Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
* Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-driven creative concepts and briefs.
* Analyze creative performance and identify winning hooks, formats, messages, and angles.
* Collaborate with CRO, tracking, analytics, and development teams to improve conversion performance.
* Review campaign performance reports and communicate key insights, challenges, and next actions clearly.
* Stay updated with platform changes, new advertising products, attribution developments, and performance marketing best practices.
* **4+ years of hands-on experience** in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
* Strong practical experience with **Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads**.
* Proven experience managing and scaling performance-driven campaigns with meaningful advertising budgets.
* Strong experience with E-commerce campaigns.
* Previous hands-on experience in the charitable / nonprofit sector is required, with proven experience managing performance marketing and fundraising campaigns for charities, nonprofit organizations, or donation-based initiatives.
* Good understanding of tracking infrastructure including **Pixel, CAPI / Server-Side Tracking, GTM, and GA4**.
* Experience working with multiple accounts or clients simultaneously is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data rather than assumptions.
* Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as **Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or similar platforms**.
