About the Team

Beam's Partnerships team builds the channel, alliance, and ecosystem motions that extend our enterprise reach. We work across system consultancies, alliances, BPOs, and hyperscaler marketplaces — turning partner relationships into a measurable revenue lever for Beam.

About the Role

Beam is scaling fast, and partnerships are becoming a core path to enterprise distribution. We've already built a global portfolio of well-known partners — and we're hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager to own and grow those relationships alongside our VP of Partnerships.

This is a high-ownership role with real room to grow. Working closely with our leadership, you'll own our most important partner relationships day to day, help develop and scale the partner program, and contribute to the strategy and direction behind it. You'll build the systems — tiers, enablement, programs — that let the program scale, and bring the partner and market insight that informs where Beam leans in next.

Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted counterpart to our key partners — own the day-to-day relationship, run the cadence, navigate escalations, and grow each partnership's value and joint pipeline over time.
  • Help build and scale the partner program — design and run the systems that let it grow: partner tiers, enablement programs, operating models, and the dashboards and KPI structure that make partner performance visible.
  • Contribute to partnership strategy and direction — bring market dynamics, competitive positioning, and partner performance into the decisions on which partners, regions, and verticals to lean into.
  • Own partner program performance — be accountable for partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, partner activation, and retention as the core measures of the program's success.
  • Drive partner enablement and activation — onboard, enable, and support partners so they can sell, deliver, and succeed with Beam independently.
  • Deepen and expand existing relationships — find opportunities across Beam's partner and customer ecosystem to grow through integration, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Solutions to align technical integrations with commercial goals, and feed partner and market insight back into Product, GTM, and leadership decisions.
  • 5+ years in partnerships, consulting, implementation, or delivery — ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/automation with consistent track record of high achievement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • A track record of managing and growing partner or client relationships into measurable impact (revenue, pipeline, or delivery outcomes).
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships in enterprise environments.
  • Strong grasp of partnership ecosystems and the ability to prioritize high-leverage relationships over surface-level logos.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset, with experience using partnership performance data to inform decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in AI, automation, agentic systems, RPA, or enterprise workflow platforms.
  • An existing network within the system integrator, consulting, or enterprise technology partner ecosystem.
  • Experience scaling partner programs — building enablement, certification, or marketplace motions in a high-growth enterprise technology ecosystem.
  • Background working with technical product and engineering teams on integration-led partnerships.

At Beam, we're building an environment where ambitious people can do their best work, with clarity, purpose, and room to grow. We're thoughtful about what we build, how we work, and who we hire. The problems we're solving are real. The systems we're building are complex. And the people here care deeply — about craft, about speed, and about doing work that actually matters. You won't find rigid hierarchies or endless process here. You'll find high trust, high standards, and a team driven by curiosity, ownership, and long-term thinking.

Our culture is shaped by our values in action:

  • AI-native thinking — Every teammate thinks in agentic workflows, uses AI tools daily, and looks for leverage through automation. AI isn't just what we build, it's how we operate.
  • Customer obsession — We build with urgency and empathy, speak to customers early and often, and measure success through their outcomes.
  • Speed as a habit — We ship fast, learn faster, and prioritise unblocking over perfection. We favour small experiments with tight feedback loops.
  • Leverage-focused execution — We hire high-impact players, invest in the 20% that drives 80% of results, and value candid feedback.
  • Highly aligned, loosely coupled — We align on outcomes, not tasks. You'll work independently, but never in isolation.
  • Data-driven, human-guided — We seek clarity over comfort, speak up early, and use feedback to grow together.

If this sounds like the kind of work you want to do and the kind of team you want to grow with, we'd love to hear from you.
