Senior Paid Social Manager
Remote: Latin America. (Colombia; Central and South America)

Salary: $2,000-$5,000 USD Monthly

Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM PST ( Full time - 40 hrs per week)

You'll work directly with the founder on paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest. Accounts range from $50K to $700K+ a month in spend. You'll own the thinking and the hands-on work: structure, testing, analysis, and the recommendations that come out of it. This role is paid social only. Paid search and creative production are handled elsewhere.

What You'll Do

Audit new accounts and present findings on structure, attribution, audience segments, placements, and demographics

  • Build and run account structures that consolidate signal instead of fragmenting it across hundreds of ad sets
  • Design creative and audience tests with a defined minimum spend per test, so every result is readable
  • Set up audience infrastructure, including customer lists, exclusions, and existing-customer spend controls
  • Build and maintain catalog and dynamic product ads across collections
  • Standardize attribution settings across campaigns and explain how window choices change reported results
  • Plan and read conversion lift studies, and translate incremental results into budget and target decisions
  • Write creative briefs from performance data and give clear feedback to client creative teams
  • Expand budgets onto TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest where the numbers support it
  • Report on business outcomes: Shopify revenue, MER, new customer acquisition, and contribution, not just platform ROAs
  • 4+ years managing paid social, including accounts spending $250K+ a month in the e-commerce space
  • Expert-level Meta Ads Manager skills, including Advantage+ sales campaigns, CBO vs ABO tradeoffs, cost and bid caps, and catalog ads
  • Hands-on campaign management experience on at least two of TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest
  • Working knowledge of the Conversions API, event match quality, and deduplication
  • A clear understanding of attribution windows, view-through credit, and why reported ROAS and incremental ROAS differ
  • Experience planning or interpreting conversion lift or geo holdout tests
  • Strong spreadsheet skills. You can pull raw breakdowns and build your own analysis.
  • Comfort presenting directly to founders and owners, including delivering findings they won't want to hear
  • Strong English speaking skills
