Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform, following established best practices and design patterns.
• Create, maintain, and integrate RESTful APIs to connect business systems and applications.
• Develop integrations between OutSystems applications and enterprise systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and define project scope, effort, and delivery plans.
• Provide technical guidance during solution design workshops and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions.
• Optimize existing applications and contribute to the establishment of technical standards and best practices for OutSystems development.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Mentor team members on OutSystems development practices and software engineering principles.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using OutSystems.
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Strong database experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Experience integrating applications with cloud-based and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with source control and software delivery practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Demonstrated ability to engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, scope solutions, estimate effort, and provide technical recommendations.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
