Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our client in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate needs to have a good experience in hospital-based adult care at a reputed hospital, with a proven track record in inpatient, outpatient, and post-operative rehabilitation. This role focuses on enhancing patients’ recovery, independence, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ functional, physical, and cognitive abilities. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for adult patients in inpatient, outpatient, and post-operative settings. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and overall function. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to deliver coordinated care. Assist in discharge planning and provide guidance for home-based care and follow-up rehabilitation. Document patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Mentor and guide junior therapists and students, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Requirements Requirements: Valid DHA License/Eligibility for Occupational Therapist Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy Hospital or clinical experience preferred Strong patient-care and communication skills Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
