Roles & Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a strong Senior Monetization Manager to help scale Clubs from $28M to $100M in ARR.
  • Clubs is a live, social product built inside Ludo Star and our other games. It brings people together through live voice, gifting, progression and competition. It is already at ~$28M ARR and growing profitably.
  • As we expand into new titles, Clubs is becoming the monetization engine across our games. This is a high ownership role where you take a core pillar and push it to the next level.
As a Senior Monetization Manager on the Clubs team, you will:
  • Own a quarterly pillar end to end. It could be a target metric, a new feature area, or launching Clubs inside a new game. You run it and you are accountable for the outcome.
  • Live in the data. Spot trends, pull out insights, and turn them into clear next steps.
  • Run A/B experiments and be willing to try new things. Learn fast, drop what does not work, and double down on what does.
  • Execute independently. Know the product well enough to see where things need fixing and step in without waiting to be told.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and analytics to ship and improve features.
  • Balance monetization, engagement, and long term retention with good judgement.
  • Keep an eye on players, competitors, and where the market is heading so you catch gaps and openings early.
Requirements
  • 5 to 8 years in Product Management on a B2C consumer product.
  • Very strong with data. You can dig into it, find the signal, and decide what to do next.
  • Comfortable running experiments and reasoning from first principles.
  • Able to own a large area on your own and drive it to a clear result.
  • Good at working across teams and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Bonus:
  • Experience in social, gaming, or entertainment products.
