Specific Responsibilities Would Include

• Lead and manage the product development process, including market research, costing, and strategic price negotiation to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.• Oversee the sampling approval workflow, ensuring that all submissions meet high-quality standards and timelines.• Directly handle sourcing activities for lab dips, fabrics, and yarn colors, conducting thorough quality assessments and participating in exhibitions to build relationships with suppliers.• Monitor and manage work-in-progress to ensure timely delivery while maintaining robust reporting practices.• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, including prices, quantities, and delivery schedules that support business objectives.• Drive customer interest and market engagement while safeguarding profit margins.• Develop and nurture constructive relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.• Lead effective communication efforts with internal teams and external partners, acting as a key liaison to facilitate project success.• Take charge of all sample styles and manage the coordination of bulk order collections; collaborate with photographers to produce compelling images that enhance product appeal.• Analyze and compile sales and marketing support materials to attract potential buyers and secure orders.• Regularly update senior management on project progress, challenges, and market feedback.• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Additional Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.• At least 5 years of solid experience in merchandising, with specific experience in hosiery, or knit accessories.• By visiting factories and communicating with workers to get knowledge of our all-product categories manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques.• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented and meticulous.• Independent, self-motivated, and a strong team player.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, PLM & SAP
