Job Description:

Under and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Responsible for production equipment maintenance. Partners with and drives supporting from quality assurance, human resources, finance, purchasing, as well as safety and environmental to ensure excellence execution, compliance, and proper reporting.

• Effectively support maintenance team to meet quality, EH&S, production and process improvement targets.

1.1. MANAGEMENT OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT

• Ensure that all machinery, equipment are maintained efficiently.

• Leading machinery upgrading and developing project.

1.2. EXECUTION

• Support routing maintenance work management includes PM, CM and EM.

• Spare parts requisition and control

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance plan in Maximo

• Support all Maintenance work order review and approval in Maximo (Including planned and emergency maintenance)

• Support maintenance report (OEE2, maintenance trend analysis, Frequency and unplanned downtime analysis, PM completion report)

• Support audit observation closure for maintenance function (IA, ERC and External audit)

• Maintenance procedure revision

• Validation due to the maintenance activities which impact the CTQs

• IQ for Minor maintenance change projects

• Support EHS related project, such as Machine guarding upgrading and other

• Asset management program to adapt to JJOS requirements

• Support maintenance NC investigation and follow ups

• Support technician for machine trouble shooting

1.3. COMMUNICATION

• Maintain effective liaison internal and external.

• Fluent English speaking and writing skill

• Support technician for machine trouble shooting

• Ensure that all information including machinery performance, documentation is properly and accurately completed.

1.4. HOUSEKEEPING AND MISCELLANEOOUS

• Maintain a high standard of order and cleanliness in responsible areas.

• Implement programs of waste prevention and cost saving.

• Conduct internal audits, validation with related department.

o Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

o Performs other duties assigned as needed

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical or Engineering related.

• 8 or more years’ previous experience in maintenance /engineering related

• Experience in using or developing digital tools is preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS

• Prefer the knowledge of Lean/ Six sigma/TPM requirements

• Prefer the knowledge of ISO/ GMP/FDA requirements.

• Prefer the knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks or other relevant software
