Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you'll collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to create practical, reliable, and manufacturable solutions used in dairy and industrial automation applications.
Qualifications
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related disciplin· 7+ years' experience designing and developing electromechanical products
- Proven experience using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, GD&T, and tolerance analysis
- Experience taking products from concept through to production
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

- Food-grade or hygienic design
- Product compliance and certification requirements
- FEA or engineering simulation tools
- PDM or PLM systems
