As our Senior Marketing Systems & AI Architect, you'll design the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that enable our marketing teams to move faster, work smarter, and make better decisions.

You'll own the architecture behind our marketing technology ecosystem, turning complex business challenges into scalable, reliable solutions while collaborating closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Data, and IT teams.

As our Senior Marketing Systems & AI Architect, you will:

• Design and continuously improve the architecture of our marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring systems scale efficiently and work seamlessly together.
• Build and maintain integrations, automations, and self-service solutions that streamline campaign execution, audience management, and reporting.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using APIs, SQL, Python, and modern automation tools to solve complex business challenges.
• Own the technical configuration and optimization of HubSpot and its ecosystem, including workflows, scoring models, routing, behavioral events, and integrations.
• Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents and intelligent workflows that enhance productivity while ensuring reliability and governance.
• Lead the technical implementation of strategic initiatives such as platform migrations, new technology adoption, and large-scale system enhancements.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing or revenue operations, systems architecture, data engineering, or a combination of these fields.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and translate ambiguous business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives from architecture through implementation and adoption.
• Strong technical proficiency with APIs, SQL, scripting languages such as Python, and AI-assisted development, combined with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

What will make you stand out:

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, Sigma, or comparable marketing technology platforms.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI agents or AI-powered workflows into production using tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, including identity resolution, behavioral events, scoring, routing, and attribution.
• A builder's mindset with a passion for experimentation, rapid prototyping, and creating clean, well-documented solutions.
